To start off, I relied completely on the reviews from Trustpilot and decided to make the purchase, and I’m really happy I did - I hope you give it a shot too! I was super pleased with the service level and how quick the delivery was - even the courier was great - and the entire process went off without a hitch. Andrew handled my order, and we chatted about the bike purchase in detail over the phone, discussing who it was for, and he really eased my worries. The prices were unbeatable too! I can’t recommend them enough.

I had an awesome experience with Sunset Cycles. They were quick to reply to my email inquiries and super helpful on the phone when I was figuring out which bike to choose. I reached out to Sunset Cycles via email to find out if they shipped to Northern Ireland and to ask about some Trek bike specifications. They got back to me right away with helpful info, so I decided to place my order. My Trek bike arrived quickly, free of charge, from Cardiff, Wales, to Derry, Northern Ireland, all nicely packaged in a big box to prevent any damage. It's a fantastic bike. I definitely recommend Sunset Cycles!

If Carlsberg were to create bike shops, this would be it! 🤟. Honestly, this has been the most outstanding bike shop experience I've had in ages. From Andrew who took my initial call and handled all my pesky emails quickly, to the guy who handed over my bike (sorry, can't recall his name), and Anthony, the park manager, who gave me a great tip on adjusting the rear shock rebound for BPW. My bike wasn’t just riding fast; it was soaring low!

I ordered a new Orange MTB through the internet. Andrew from Sunset Cycles was super helpful when my bank put a hold on my payment and he worked with me to sort it out. The bike arrived in great shape (though the delivery guy did cause a day's delay). Andrew was quick to respond to a question I had about setting it up, which turned out well. He even offered to assist over the phone and suggested returning the bike if needed, but that wasn't necessary. One thing I’d recommend is to ask customers about their setup needs and have the pressures adjusted before delivery, but honestly, part of the thrill of getting a high-quality bike is doing the setup yourself. I'm really happy with my purchase and with Sunset Cycles.

I bought an Orange Crush Pro about a month back, and I gotta say, the service was fantastic from beginning to end. When I encountered a manufacturing issue with one of the bike's components, Gafyn was super helpful and got the wheel fixed and returned to me in no time.

The folks here are just fantastic. I recently purchased a Pivot from them, and they were super helpful throughout the process. The bike was packed up securely, completely wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a big bike box, and it shipped out in just two days. I purchased a pivot switchblade from Sunset Cycles back in 2020. It took a solid three months to arrive, what with all the COVID stuff going on. I worked with a fella named Gafyn, and let me tell ya, the service I received was top-notch. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, and the after-sales support was just brilliant. Nothing seemed to be too much hassle for him. Over the past two decades, I've interacted with a bunch of cycle shops, but I gotta give major props to Gafyn and Sunset Cycles—definitely a 10 out of 10!
